History
Dr. Manaka is a cofounder of the nation's largest Health Care Marketing Communications company where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. After serving as Executive Consultant for Merck-Medco U.S. Managed Care Division where he advised in the development and implementation of the company’s Managed Care products and programs, he served as their Vice President Professional Practices.
